Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.

After the initial 7-day period, subscriptions become non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Canceling your subscription will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the remaining period of the current cycle.

Credit Package Refunds

Non-Refundable Credits: Purchased credits are non-refundable and remain valid in your account until they are used.

Technical Issues: If technical difficulties prevent you from using your credits, please contact our support team for resolution.

Refund Process

To request a refund within the eligible period, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your account email and the reason for your refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

Coverletters reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

  • Refund requests not made in good faith.
  • Attempts to abuse or exploit the refund policy.
